Selection Procedure

  • On receipt of confirmed job orders and exact job description of required categories we source the candidates through active databank and if required through advertisements and our associate offices all over Nepal.
  • The responding candidates are properly checked for their skills matching job description by our technical managers.
  • The short listed candidates are practically trade tested under the supervision of our technical managers if needed.
  • The short listed candidates completer CVs with consulates remark are sent to the clients overseas for their approval and visa process or the clients are called to Nepal for personally evaluate the candidates and also to understand our methodology.
  • If desired we call client to personally interview the short listed candidates.
  • The clients approved candidates are checked for the medical fitness and the client is informed to process the visas.
  • We also mobilize short listed candidates under our full guarantee if agreed by the clients.
  • Having very well contacts with major international airlines and we shall confirm the tickets of the selected candidates and mobilize them at the earliest to their destination under prior intimation to the clients.
